New Year, New philosophy

The indulgence of Christmas and New year have passed, and we are finally into the dreaded January, this year I am approaching things a bit differently, instead of setting resolutions for myself that I know I will break within a couple of days, I have set myself personal targets that I wish to achieve by the end of 2014. 
I want to walk at least a mile a day, so 365 miles, hopefully achieved by the end of 2014, and also hope to swim 3 miles a week, this is 156 miles for the year. I am hoping this will get me fitter but also give me some much needed 'ME' time, that I don't currently get.
I am also hoping to be much more organised personally than I have been up to now, I am going to have time just for the kids, with no email or telephone distractions,and hopefully if we have time between all this activity and Rob's running, some time quality time with my hubby.

As ever I have set myself targets for the business, these I hope are manageable, but only time will tell.
